Jerry Dean Jewell (born July 30, 1976) is an American voice actor and voice director who works on anime series for Funimation and OkraTron 5000. He has performed the voices for several anime roles and is noted for his roles as ace detective Jimmy Kudo in Case Closed, Kyo Sohma in Fruits Basket series, Caesar Clown in One Piece, Barry the Chopper in the Fullmetal Alchemist series, Russia in.
FUNimation Entertainmentannounced the cast and premiere date for its English dub of Black Clover on Thursday. The company also began streaming an English-dubbed trailer.
The dub will premiere streaming on October 29 at 4:00 p.m. EDT. The cast from episode one includes:

- Micah Solusod as Yuno
- Brian Mathis as High Priest
- Dawn M. Bennett as Sister Lily
- Sara Ragsdale as Arlu
- Megan Shipman as Rekka
- Daman Mills as Revchi

Cris George is directing the dub with ADR engineer Zachary Davis, scriptwriter Bonny Clinkenbeard, and mixing engineer Nathanael Harrison.
The anime premiered in Japan on October 3 and Crunchyroll is streaming the series in Japanese with English subtitles.
The anime is based on Yūki Tabata's Black Clover manga. Crunchyroll describes the series:

28-year-old anime director Tatsuya Yoshihara (Monster Musume, Yatterman Night, Muromi-san, Long Riders!) is directing the anime at Studio Pierrot. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Is the order a rabbit?, Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, Yatterman Night) is handling the series composition. Itsuko Takeda (Ristorante Paradiso, Level E, Blue Drop) is the character designer and Kumiko Tokunaga (2nd season of Kingdom) is the sub-character designer. Kosei Takahashi (key animation for Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, Monster Hunter Stories RIDE ON) is the prop designer, Aiko Shinohara (Fairy Tail, The Heroic Legend of Arslan) is handling the color design, and Minako Seki (The Silver Guardian, both seasons of Kingdom) is composing the music.

Licht Black Clover Voice Actor English Dub
Funimation revealed the two main English dub cast members for theanime of Suu Minazuki's Plunderer manga at San Japan on Saturday. Eric Vale will voice Licht Bach, and Sarah Wiedenheft will play Hina.
The Japanese castincludes:
Rina Honnizumi as Hina, a girl who is following her dead mother's wishes by traveling in search for 'Aces'
Ari Ozawa as Lynn May, a sergeant major in the Alcian Royal Military
Aoi Ichikawa as Pele, a sergeant in the Alcian Royal Military under Lynn
Yuichiro Umehara as Jail Murdoch, a lieutenant in the Alcian Royal Military
Shizuka Itou as Nana, a lively beauty who runs a traveling tavern
Yen Press has licensed the 'heroic action fantasy' manga, and it released the second volume on Tuesday. The company describes the story:
It's the year 305 of the Alcian calendar, and the world is controlled by numbers. Every human born is branded with a 'Count,” which could mean anything from the number of kilometers walked to the amount of people who have said your food is tasty. And if your Count drops to 0… you'll be sent into the Abyss! After Hina's mother's Count dropped to 0, her last request is for Hina to look for the Legendary Red Baron.
Licht Black Clover English Voice Actor
Hiroyuki Kanbe (Oreimo both seasons, Gonna be the Twin-Tail!!) is directing the anime series at studio Geek Toys (RErideD). Masashi Suzuki (Isuca, Lord of Vermilion: The Crimson King, Minami-ke: Okawari) is overseeing the series scripts, and Yuka Takashina (Dance with Devils), Yūki Fukuchi (chief animation director for Bakuon!!), and Hiroki Fukuda (key animator for I want to eat your pancreas) are designing the characters.
Funimation will stream the anime as it airs in Japan. The anime will premiere in Japan in January 2020.
Minazuki launched the manga series in Monthly Shōnen Ace magazine in December 2014. Kadokawa published the 13th compiled volume on July 26. Yen Press will publish the third volume on December 10.
Minazuki's Sora no Otoshimono (Heaven's Lost Property) manga inspired two television anime series, two anime films, and an OVA. Tokyopop, and later Viz Media, published Minazuki's five-volume Judas manga in English. Yen Pressreleased Minazuki's four-volume Gou-dere Sora Nagihara manga in 2014-2015.
